Chin up.

Its a depressing time of year sometimes, January, February and into March are very quiet business-wise, especially for creators in retail...and I am not exception to the somber mood. I know things will pick up, they always do, but when sales are low and it all seems a struggle it is hard to battle through.

Working from home can be isolating, so I am trying (following the advise of the husband) to get out every day, even if its just a walk around the block or into the garden, and it does help. Things are starting to grow in anticipation of spring, and even though more cold weather is forecast, it won't last forever. These perky snowdrops cheered me up a bit today, they have no worries, they are just happy to be!
